Customer satisfaction is the key to success for any business. In a hotel or restaurant, the traditional hand-waving method for calling services is inefficient often leading to many complaints. The Hotel Management System increases operational efficiency through use of an internal wireless communication system. The communication system increases customer satisfaction by leaving a Tablet at each table which the customer can use to order their favourite meals. It also allows managers and owners to easily monitor hotel functions and employee progress. The purpose of creating the software is improving the customer services by provided a convenience to customers to make order through tablets on tables via network. Besides, it enables the customer to make changes (add .delete, or modify order) till the preparation process starts. By this way, it can save transport, calling waiters and time.
